What is this?
This is the main hub for documentation as it regards the mechanical team. Any design decisions, major discoveries, general process notes, and other notable events should all be documented in some form within confluence.
We are using confluence for two main reasons. The first is to aid in the process of creating design reports for competition. The second is to build up a knowledge base that others will be able to refer to in the future, easing the process of knowledge transfer. As much as possible, try to keep documentation neat and organized so it can easily be used in the future.
This timeline serves as a general roadmap for major mechanical team deadlines, as well as generally important events throughout the year. Each subteam will have its own specific timeline in its corresponding page. For a complete and more detailed timeline, click
